General Provisions and Definitions

Account Registration and Eligibility
To create an account on six6, a Member must meet the eligibility criteria below. These conditions are strictly enforced and no exceptions are accepted.
2.1 Age Requirement
Members must be at least 21 years of age to use the platform. Registration and any activity by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. six6 may request proof of identity at any time for age verification, and if false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each Member may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, they will be identified as duplicates and all associated accounts will be closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address — must be true and accurate. six6 reserves the right to cancel any transactions made on the basis of false information.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
For withdrawals above a certain amount or for any other required purpose, six6 may ask a Member to submit proof of identity (national ID card, passport, or driving licence). Relevant benefits may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Account Management and Security
Maintaining account security is the Member's own responsibility. six6 advises Members to stay vigilant in protecting their login credentials.
3.1 Protection of Login Credentials
A Member's username and password are strictly confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. If unauthorised access to an account occurs, the Member must immediately notify the six6 support team via live chat. six6 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use.
3.2 Updating Contact Information
If a Member changes their mobile number or email address, they must update it on the platform without delay. six6 is not responsible for any loss of contact due to outdated information.
3.3 Prohibition on Account Transfer
Selling, gifting, renting, or transferring an account to a third party in any other way is strictly prohibited. If such activity is found, the account and all funds in it will be confiscated.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on six6 are processed entirely through digital mobile banking. The most popular methods in Bangladesh are supported for easy and fast payments.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- The name registered on the deposit account and the six6 account must be the same.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such deposit will be returned.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

- Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- If there is an active wagering requirement on the account at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal cannot be processed until it is fulfilled.
- KYC verification may be required before the first withdrawal.
4.3 Transaction Authenticity
All transactions are automatically verified by the six6 payment system. If a suspicious transaction is detected, six6 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, place it on hold.
Bonus and Promotion Rules
six6 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus applies under specific conditions, and Members must read those conditions carefully before use.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New Members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. A bonus should never be treated as "free money"; it is a conditional benefit.
5.2 Other Promotions
six6 runs several regular offers including a Friday deposit festival, slot win bonus, cricket bonus, birthday reward, and friend referral bonus. Each offer has its own wagering conditions, minimum deposit amount, and claim rules — these are detailed on the promotions page.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- No more than one bonus may be active at a time.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
- If six6 suspects misuse of a bonus, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
- Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Betting and Gaming Rules
six6 offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, and various mini games. Certain specific rules apply to each section.
6.1 Sports Betting
- If odds change after a bet is accepted, the result will be settled at the odds at the time the bet was accepted.
- If a match or event is cancelled or does not finish within the scheduled time, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
- For multi-bets, if any one selection fails, the entire bet is lost.
- If odds are displayed due to a system error, six6 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
6.2 Casino and Slot Games
- All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are fair and impartial.
- If the connection is lost during a game, the game state is saved and the game can be continued after reconnection.
- Account verification is mandatory for jackpot wins.
6.3 Live Casino

Prohibited Activities
To maintain a fair environment on the six6 platform and protect the interests of all Members, certain activities are strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit the bonus system for advantage (bonus abuse), such as using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses.
- Coordinating with other Members or acting as a group to influence game outcomes.
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party scripts to place bets.
- Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
- Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Abusive or threatening behaviour towards platform staff.
If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and any bonus or associated winnings in the account will be confiscated.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension or Closure by six6
six6 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms.
- Providing false identity or fraudulent information.
- Suspicious activity on the account.
- Instructions from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
8.2 Account Closure by a Member
Any Member may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be returned after all pending bets are settled and any applicable wagering conditions are met. A self-exclusion option is also available for Members who wish to take a temporary break under the responsible gaming policy.

- Any financial loss resulting from the member's own carelessness or negligence.
In any event, six6's liability shall be limited to the amount of the specific transaction of the member concerned.
Changes to Terms
six6 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time. The date of any change will be noted at the top of this page. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree with the new terms, they may request that their account be closed.
